Product Abstract: Also known as May Chang, Litsea Cubeba is a small plant found in tropical areas, and did not arrive in North America until the 1950’s. The leaves are typically a vibrant green, and the whole plant has a pleasant, lemony smell. Citral is used in cosmetics and cleaning products.
Cautions: Dilute before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided, and it should be avoided by those with glaucoma.
